Just RAW, and I currently shoot on an R5. I just personally had a lot of issues with the speed of opening and editing the CRAW format in Lightroom on my machine. I know others reported they didn't but that was my experience. And I'd say a small bit of it is I paid all this money for this camera/sensor, may as well get all I can from it, perceptible or not.

Never used anything else than RAW with my Canons.
But I use "DNG compressed" with my Leica M (according to Leica's official statement fully lossless). Whether true or not, I don't know...
What I know is that Leica offers the choice between "lossy" and "lossless" DNG compression, saying that old software editors could be in trouble with "lossless" compression.

I only ever use RAW and currently have the R5 and M50.
The simple reason why I currently choose RAW over cRAW is that my in camera and PC storage are adequate to house my RAW images.
On the M50 I used cRAW to get more shots in a burst. The R5 has a much better sized buffer.
