Re: Deal: Loupedeck Photo Editing Console for Lightroom 6 & CC $229 (Reg $299)

Anyone use this? Is there a reason to spend the $ on it and use desktop space on it? What are your impressions if you have used it for a while? Is this a solution in search of a problem?

Thanks.

The Behringer X-Touch Mini is $49 (using MIDI2LR software)... $180 premium seems pretty steep for what is pretty similar functionality from the looks of it. You do have to map your functions and tweak them in MIDI2LR, but it's (mostly) a one time thing.

that said... i do find the general concept of a hardware controller pretty useful especially going through a large number of images. If I'm editing one or 2 images, i don't use it.
