EOS 90D or M6 MK II

Hello
I'm new here. but observing the site since years.
I do have a Canon EOS 600D and a Canon M (the red one) plus some lenses. 5 in all. (3 for EOS and 2 for M plus adaptor for EOS Lenses).

I would like to upgrade but I'm not sure which one.

System R is still too expensive but interesting.

I wanted the EOS 7D MK III but apparently it won't come.

So is the EOS 90D a good choice?

Or is the market going to be completely mirrorless and I should switch to the M6 MK II, though I hope the will be a M5 MK II?

I also want to buy later the Canon EF 100-400 mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II. I know this is for the big EOS bodies and killing the mirrorless designwise.

Any ideas? Thx.

A rumor is just that, you can't buy one until they start delivering which could be shortly after the announcement, or months after.

You and others will make the decision about the market going mirrorless based on which you choose. I personally would buy a RP full frame camera over a rumored 90D. If you want small instead of the better image quality from a full frame camera, then it might be worth waiting for the rumored M6 to start deliveries.
