These 2 bodies are at the same price since black Friday sale and as far as I know haven't ran out of stock. Sounds like not lot of people are buying these bodies.

Yea for real. If my credit card wasn't max'd out I would get the 5DSR. Nothing wrong with a Canon certified refurb. Most of the time they are just models people sent back in because they didn't like them and they are just cleaned up and inspected.

These are overpriced bodies that no one wants. They need to sell these at $2k or less.

Speak for yourself... As a commercial photographer, it is the best image quality in a studio environment available from Canon. look at the DPreview image comparison tool. beats everything for detail and sharpness.

With that said, it doesnt leave my studio and my trusty 5Dmkiii takes over.
