Reikan FoCal for Mac?

FoCal's website has stated for some time it plans on issuing a Mac version in Q2, 2012. Any word or rumor of this happening in the near future?

Not that I've heard. In the meantime, I run it on my MBP via a Parallels virtual machine.

With all the new cameras just arriving, they are going to be busy getting FoCal working for them.

The Mac version is under development.
They are hoping for a July release.

Make sure to go to devices>usb, and be sure that the camera is recognized.

Did not work fine with me:
1) Live view appears on focal window but is slow sync and stops in few seconds.
2) I believe focal is worth it when they develop full automatic support to 5DM3 (which I believe is in development). Doing the manual procedures is, at least to me, is harder than available free manual procedures available on the net.

So my suggestion, don't buy until they confirm full 5DM3 support. The SDK is out, so they should be on it right now.
