Sensor Cleaning - DIY Method

Hi,

I've just picked up an 'old' 1D mk ii N (for a very good price), it's great, but the sensor needs a clean.

Q - the best DIY kits?? I've looked on Amazon.co.uk but I'm overwhelmed with the choice!

Any advice?

If the sensor is just dusty then a blower will be sufficient, do not use canned air.

For a complete clean I have used the Xsource swabs from Amazon uk, cheap and work perfectly without needing extra fluid.

I use their setup – Giottos rocket blower, Visible Dust Arctic Butterfly, and Dust-Aid Sensor Stamps. I haven't yet needed to use one of the sensor stamps.
