• UPDATE

The forum will be moving to a new domain in the near future (canonrumorsforum.com). I have turned off "read-only", but I will only leave the two forum nodes you see active for the time being.

I don't know at this time how quickly the change will happen, but that will move at a good pace I am sure.

A few shots of The Joy Formidable when they played in Malmoe last year at the Malmöfestivalen.
Ritzy Bryan - lead vocals, guitars (a lot of them, she almost changed to a different one at every song)
Rhydian Davies - bass
Matt Thomas - drums

Also on stage was Ritzy's mascot.

Nice job. One of my fav bands too!

Thanks, Maui5150!
I hadn't heard them before. Enjoyed the show immensely. Ritzy was a bundle of fun, and despite running around on stage, like an energizer bunny, she gave me loads of opportunities to get good shots with plenty of eye contact.

Good shots, and that's quite a pair of eyes she has too!

As long as I managed to portray some of the bands energy, then I'm happy. I was no "official" photographer or anything like that during the festival/concert, but she did deliver loads of opportunities no matter where I was standing. This is taken from a set of stairs slightly beside the stage, and I could better manage to get at proper eye level with the performers, and I didn't have to shoot the necks of the crowd.
