Hi Guys,
Just purchased my EOS R together with Tamron 24-70 F2.8 G2.
I would like to seek the advice and recommendations for a wider full frame lens (Canon or Third party ) which I can use for causal Vlogging & Video recording of Street Interview.
Key consideration is the weight and portability of my camera setup.
( EOS R - 660g, Ring Converter - 110g, Microphone 110g)
1) With assistance of Gimbal (max load of camera gear of 2.0KG ?)
2) Without Gimbal
I look forward to your comments & suggestions.
Cheers!

Canon itself suggests using:
EF-S 10–18mm f/4.5–5.6 IS STM (widest possible, 240g) or
EF-S 24mm f2.8 STM (constant aperture, 125g).
These are not full frames lenses but fit into the R adapter.

Just about any modern lens will do well for video, especially if you only want HD.
If you want to do 4K, then you will need a very wide lens, and the Tokina 11-16mm 2.8 is cheap and very good too.
APSC lenses are probably the best to use if you want to do 4K.
