Which AF focus setting?

On the 5D Mark IV can someone please let me know which AF focus setting is the best for a moving train, thank you.

I see that I am not the only one still using an archaic mirror-slapper!

If the train is coming at you, you might try:
tracking sensitivity: +2
accel/decel tracking: 0 (unless the train is slowing down to a station, in which case you might try +2)
AF pt autoswitch: 0

If the train is moving parallel/sideways to you, 0,0,0 will probably be fine

I would use a single autofocus point.
