Will Canon DPP soon become incompatible with macOS?

For some time now, a message has been appearing on macOS stating that applications developed for Intel processors will be incompatible with the new version (MacOS 27), which is scheduled for release in September. Canon DPP currently works because it runs Rosetta in the background, which is what they are going to remove from the OS, and therefore the current version will stop working. Is there any news that Canon will release a specific version for Apple Silicon processors (M1, M2...) in the short term?

Changes for Digital Photo Professional 4.20.20 for macOS :
- Supports EOS R50 V.
- Supports PowerShot V1.
- Native support for Apple Silicon.

The recent DPP4s are labelled "Universal", which means it is compatible - see the information from the app - it works without Rosetta on Apple Silicon. You can check your version. You will see how it was last opened by me on 3 March, which shows how little I would miss it if discontinued!

I have version 4.21.30 installed and I'm getting the warning, as if it doesn't detect that it's compatible with Apple Silicon. Of course, my macOS is also up to date.
