  • Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L IS III
    • Late December 2018
  • EF Canon 600mm f/4L IS III

We have not seen any mentions on pricing for these lenses yet, but we obviously don't have long to wait.

  1. The 32 f/1.4 is a no brainer for the M bodies, assuming reasonable pricing.
In fact, this might be the first time that I pre-order a piece of equipment,
I'm pretty confident that Canon will do a good job on this, at a good price.
  2. Wish that 32 f/1.4 had IS, but it probably won't be problematic with the digital stabilization turned on provided they keep it light. I recall a post saying that nothing would be available to preorder at retailers once the announcement was made, but I don't know if they were referencing the new FF stuff or if that was part of it.
  3. cant wait for 32 1.4, hope the price will be in line with other M lenses, I really start to like more and more my M5 and lenses i have with it

M5 II should rock and this kit will be even more competitive
  4. I still can't believe that the 32mm will be f/1.4 rather than f/2.0 or f/1.8. It just doesn't seem to fit with the rest of the line up. Definitely interested in this release.

Color me... they actually did it.
