Lighting / Which kit or head to go with

OK, I have 2 600 EX Canon flash units with the ST-E3 controller, but found them too slow for model work.  I added a battery pack to help with recycle times, so I may be ok.  If I were going to grab a kit or even a single head with a beauty dish, what would you recommend?  So far I was dead set on the Einstein 640 with the commander system to remote control it.  I planned to add a beauty dish and maybe a vagabond batt pack.  The price for all of that was right around 1150.00.  I hear good things about that light, but I knkow there are loads of options.  I doubt I'd use it anywhere near a wedding or for events, but maybe for modeling and Senior Picture type shoots.  Thoughts? 

I have never used off camera lights and have only used speed lights.

Would you buy http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00A3BQWXK/ref=redir_mdp_mobile for 479.00 or spend 900.00 to buy 4 used Einstein 3200's?  The used kit of 4 comes with 3 stands, a few soft boxes and umbrellas.  They are used, but all work.

Lighting / Getting by with speedlights

Can you get by using speedlight canon 600's on umbrellas with an St-E3 or should I stop kidding myself and get a nice flash setup?  I have 2 600's and the umbrellas/tripods.  Was thinking of alien bees or white lightening.

Lenses / Recommendations

I'm mostly doing events, models and soon I will be shooting more weddings.  I like wildlife and was thinking of the 100-400, but some people are saying the 70-200 2.8 II with 2X is just as good or at least close enough.  I want to sell my EF-S glass and maybe get the 16-35 and the 2x TC.  Would you look at getting anything else?

Speedlites, Printers, Accessories / 600 rt set up question

Right now I have a 5D3 and several L glass lenses.  I also have two 600 ex-rt lights with stands and umbrellas.  I either need one more to control the others or the remote they made for it.  The reviews on the remote were not te greatest because of the lack of low light focusing ability.  I am thinking it may still work for me and it's cheaper than buying a 3rd flash.  I could also decide to just get a few actual strobes, but they are so expensive and I hear you can do just as good with speedlights.  Thoughts?  Suggestions?  I shoot events and weddings, but want to shoot models and boudoir as well.

Your house is burning and you can only grab 2 lenses from your kit, the rest will burn.  Which 2 do you HAVE to have?  For me, I'd say my 70-200 2.8 Mk II and my 24-70 2.8 Mk II.  They are my newest and cost a fortune, but I love portrait work with my 100 2.8 L macro.  I guess I can order another when the insurance kicks in haha.

Lenses / How long do you think the 24-70 2.8 Mk 2 will remain over 2300.00?

I know lenses start out high and eventually several hundred dollars drop off until the price stabilizes and pretty much sits.  Anyone have any predictions on when it will start dropping and what the stabilized price will be?  I am grabbing it in a week or so, so this question is more out of curiosity.  I am not expecting it to drop anytime soon and want to get it ASAP.

Lenses / Next lens, round 2

Ok, I now own the Canon 5dM3 and the T4i.  I shoot models, families, events and soon I am scheduled to shoot 2 weddings. 

I own the 35L, the 85 1.8, the 100 L 2.8 macro, the 24-105 f4, the 70-200 f4 non IS, and the Ef-s 10-22 and 17-55 2.8 IS. 

Do I use the combo of bodies or just sell my EF-S glass to get the 24-70 2.8 II and maybe upgrade my 70-200?  Any other lens I should be looking at or am I already Good to go?

OK, I have the 24-105 (haven't used it and may sell it for something else like a 24-70 ii) I also have the 35L, the 85 1.8, the 100 L macro 2.8, the 70-200 F4L.  My EF-S lenses for my T4i are the 17-55 2.8 and the 10-22 Wide.

Thinking of the 50 1.2 or upgrading the 1.8 to the 1.2.  Not sure I can justify the 85 upgrade, as the 1.8 is pretty sweet.  Leaning toward the 50.  I love my T4i and 35L combo, so on my new 5D3, the 50 will be close. 

Or, do I stick with what I have since using a combo of my ASP-C and FF with current lenses, covers most focal lengths. 

If it helps, I am an event photographer, I shoot models and families too.  Looking to get into weddings and have already been asked to shoot 2 in 2013.

EOS Bodies / Help me, 5D Mark iii order now or wait for a "possible deal"

I am seriously sitting here ready to pull the trigger and order my 5D Mark iii.  I have L glass and currently shoot with a T4i.  I do just fine with my camera and LR4, but know that the FF be a better choice, especially for my indoor event photography.  If I was ready to order this last month or the month before, i wouldn't be worried about anything, but this close to Nov, I have to wonder if I am going to be angry with myself for missing the next 2750.00 type sale.  Typically, do these sales begin early Nov or closer to black Friday/X-Mas?  If B and H only drops this camera by 100 or so, I won't care, but saving almost 800 bucks had I waited 2-3 weeks would def make me regretful.  I know it shows a 5D3 in my profile, but I had planned on having it by this week...LOL Everything else in my profile I own now.

Lenses / Upgrading and looking for lens advice.

Ok, I currently own a T41 and the following lenses: 35 1.4 L / 85 1.8 / 100 2.8 L Macro / 70-200 f4L and I also own the 10-22 and 17-55 2.8 EF-S lenses.  I am upgrading to the 5d Mark iii and I am thinking of getting the 24-70 v2 and the 16-35 L and selling my 2 EF-s lenses.  I will still have a T4i as a second body but don't want lenses I can't use on both bodies.  I am looking to start doing weddings, but currently shoot families and models with ease, my events are nice too but tougher to pull off with the rebel.  Hence the upgrade to a FF with better ISO.  Thoughts?
