EOS Bodies - For Stills / Re: Do you trust your camera?
« on: May 11, 2013, 11:48:19 AM »
I didn't trust my 5DII - I always took multiple shots so I could pick the the best.

I trust my 1D X - I always take multiple shots because I leave it set to 12 fps, and even a brief press of the shutter fires off 2-3 frames.  ;)  I agree that sorting through them is a bit annoying, as I really don't need to delete due to missed focus. But with kids, it helps because I almost always get one with no blinks.
I just watched a video on youtube with jeff cable he does the same i guess that is the only problem sorting through them all.

The official: Portrait Humor Thread....

Keep it clean...
Okay, so a friend asked me for some examples of "bad portraits"

As I was gathering a few examples... (I know, mine suck as well)..I thought I'd share....

You know... from one "bad" photographer to another...

I can relate to that ;D....I think the 1st pix is cute and funny ;)

Love the Sigma 15mm DG EX rect. fisheye.... all on 5D3s and produces a 180 diagonal FOV. I'm an admitted fisheye addict ;) I bought a new one for 550$US and a used one for UW work for 350$US both are quite sharp and did better than the 8-15L @ 15mm.

Well as the title says, what are the cheap fisheye options for canon full frame as these lenses are only used rarely i dont see the need for splashing out on the 8-15L version so just whats out there?

Ok the OP is taking the micky anyone can see that, but if he is being serious which i doubt if he is really is shooting books whatever that's all about then i would recommend go nikon d800e route and i am a big canon fan but go to nikon rumours they can help you there.
