This random sun bather had no idea there was 2 Bold Eagles circling around and of course he had no idea that I took this shoot until I showed him after, ha!

The framing could be a little wider, as you are clipping the far right side of the building. 

If the source shot is color (before you desaturate it), you could try to bring out more contrast by increasing/decreasing color saturation.  For example, if the sea is blue, select the saturation slider for the blue hue in your photo editor, and slide it back and forth.  The areas that are blue in color should lighten or darken.

Another trick you could try if you use Adobe RAW is to adjust the Clarity or Contrast sliders to create some detail in the waves, or better separate your whites and blacks.
