Do you mean an autofocus microadjustment for lenses (on a body that offers that feature)? I don't know that anyone offers that as a service, anywhere. The Canon Service Centers can physically calibrate your lenses, though.
As for AFMA, I'd recommend Reikan FoCal software. You just print out the target that comes with the software, tape it to a wall and point some lights at it, set up your camera on a tripod, connect it to your computer, and the software guides you through the alignment process then determines the optimal AFMA value.
