If you have clients that want to see the images before you get the chance to do your raw-conversion, for example.

Also, if you dont shoot raw all the time you can choose both option, use your jpeg and if you have a picture you feel you want to work on with further processing you have the original raw file to do so.
1DX, 24mm f1.4L II, 35mm f1.4L, 50mm f1.2L, 85mm f1.2L II, 135mm f2L, 24-70mm f2.8L II, 70-200mm f2.8L IS II :  D800, D4, and a whole bunch of Nikon lenses

Or if you have an ipad or other tablet, you can download draft versions of the shots (jpgs) onsite before you had a chance to work on the RAWs.  It is great for quick proofing.

I usually set jpeg to small size and also use them as thumbnails in the same folder on my computer to identify whch RAW to work on.

Many other reasons... e.g. picture styles work on jpegs, as do multishots and HDR.

Thank you every one.

Does that mean, I will have two copies of the same picture. I will end of with less shots due to duplicates on the CF or SD card?

Yes.

The jpeg can be between 2-8mb and the RAW will be about 25mb, so depending on what size you choose, it may or may not be material.
