7Artisans has released the 18mm F5.6 manual focus full frame lens for the Sony E, Nikon Z and the L mount. As of now, 7Artisans does not have any RF lenses with autofocus and they seem a little scared to bring out their newer manual focus lenses for the RF mount. I hope this changes.

While I've never felt 7artisans made decent optics, they have always been insanely cheap. Take this one for example, it's less than $90. As with most things, TANSTAAFL.

If all you are doing is tik tok (for now), Instagram and other social media postings, you don't have to spend a fortune on a grab-and-go lens that gets the job done and on a small form factor full-frame camera body, such as the Panasonic S9, this lens may make a lot of sense.

I've always liked these sorts of lens options because they were “fun”; you didn't worry that much about your image quality, and you aren't scared witless about your lens if you hand your camera over to a 5-year-old.

An 18mm lens would also work out to a 24mm APS-C crop on the full frame mounts listed, and this is probably a better option, as while they don't show the MTF plot for this lens, again, it's $89.
