Adorama appears to have 5D2's in stock. Doesn't look like B&H does.
Stock in Canada seems to be good. Vistek, Henrys, Camera Canada and others all have bodies.

As far as I can tell, Adorama’s supply has been meeting demand for some time. I ordered a 5d II in early January when Adorama reflected a back-order and the camera shipped in a day. I ordered a second 5d II body in late January when, again, it was showing a back-order, and the camera shipped in a day again.
I expect that they will remain hard to find in stock until the middle of March. Adorama seems to be the best at getting them.
Canadian models seem to be plentiful, there are ebay sellers from Canada listing them below USA MSRP, but still above Canadian prices.

I can confirm. I got mine at lunch time; so as 1:30 pm they still have “a couple”. The guy didn’t want to tell me how many. But he assured me they have kits and body-only.
Maybe they could yank the batteries out of the boxes and sell them. The battery shortage is what’s really kicking me right now. Adorama has them in stock – at a nice 25% markup over retail.
I received my 2nd battery from Adorama for 79.95 with free shipping way back in mid December. I see they are $99.95 now. The MSRP is $100, so they are not 25% over.
I just purchased the 5D II with 580ex ii, and the 24-70mm f/2.8 lens on March 1 so I could catch the Canon $200 rebate, and I received it TODAY! (Overnight shipping).
Adorama is the best. Their price points are just right.

Nope – Just placed an order, after I got the confirmation – an hour later got another email stating they were on backorder. Can’t seem to get one – still on backorder with Ritz since October.
Pictureline.com has them in stock. Got mine about 3 weeks ago and according to their web page they still have them in stock.
