[CR3] was a typo, it should be [CR2]. Sorry about that. I have heard from others places we'll be seeing new PowerShots around the 15th of September.
When?
The first announcement date I have received is September 15, 2011. There are events planned in Shanghai, China on September 16, 2011.
By the looks of it, it'll be compacts (PowerShot) only.
When else?
September 27 should be another announcement date. There will be events on September 28 showing off new Canon printing solutions. Invites are out for various European countries.
DSLR?
All is quiet on the DSLR front.
