Canon has released new firmware for the Canon EOS R6. This update is relatively minor bug fixes.

Firmware Version 1.8.3 incorporates the following enhancements and fixes.

Fixes an issue, in which, after touchscreen operation, in rare circumstances, the camera operations cannot be performed, and even if the camera is operated, [BUSY] appears on the screen.
Fixes minor issues.
