Canon has released new firmware for the Canon EOS R8. This update is relatively minor with compatibility updates and bug fixes.

Firmware Version 1.2.0 incorporates the following fixes and enhancements:

Adds support for RF-S10-18mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM lens.
Fixes minor issues.
