Can't get too excited about this. The new “A” line hasn't sold as well as hoped.

To me this is the biggest disappointment of all the new powershot releases. I am not crazy about the idea of just upping the mega pixels. The higher you go the it seems the worse the sensor noise and low light shots get. It reminds me of the megahertz race of the 90’s and early 2000’s. The public though it was the only thing that mattered.
Hej, just like A2100… nothing new, +2Mpixels, digit IV existed when A1000 was released, new colors “wow”.

DIGIC IV is nice for canon camera compact, A1100 body is good, new color is pretty.
