UPDATE: Canon has officially announced the VIXIA HF G50 camcorder.
It appears Canon will announce the VIXIA HF G50 4K camcorder for CES 2019, which begins tomorrow. No word on the full specifications, but the announcement appears imminent.
We had assumed we'd also see the PowerShot G7 X Mark III announced for CES, but everything has been very quiet on the PowerShot front, so we're not sure what's going on there.
