Is the EOS M discontinued?
We've received a lot of emails about B&H Photo showing the EOS M w/22mm STM kit as “discontinued”. This has worried a few people that did order cameras that were backordered. I think it's listed as discontinued on their site so no more can be ordered.
We spoke to B&H Photo today and have been told that all backorders will be fulfilled at the sale price. I didn't get a date as to when that was happening.
The EOS M is likely reaching end of life and a new EOS M camera should be announced shortly. A second EOS M camera will be coming sometime in the fall we're told.
You can still get great deals on the EOS M body with the EF-M 18-55 IS STM lens.
