Hi Everyone,
I brought my 5D3 back in early March, and the camera has been working fine until now. Last night when I was taking some photos I noticed some orange-ish stains of lines across my photos.
I'm uploading some samples of what I mean where I take a photo of a blank A4 piece of paper at an angle using 50mm f/1.2L lens at f/2.8, 1/640s and iso 5000.
The orangey colour does move and sometimes doesn't even show.
The sample photos were taken in burst mode 6 FPS.

I tried using different f stops and a different lens (16-35mm f/2.8 II) and this fault does seem to appear on the other lens as well.

Does anyone know what is wrong with my camera? Is it that the sensor needs cleaning or is there a serious fault.

I found out there has just been a new updated firmware released for my camera, so I will try the new firmware before I take this to the camera store.

Thank you for your help.

This same thing happened to my first MKIII after ~1k shots. The autofocus system also performed poorly, so Adorama exchanged it for a new body. The new one functions flawlessly.

Considering the lighting is valid, though.

It looks like a image lit by ballast type fluorescent light taken at a fast shutter speed. Fluorescents change color as well as brightness in synch with the power lines.
Electronic ballasts will not do this.
Try using 1/30 sec, and then 1/200 sec and compare several consecutive images.
