Lens recommendation to replace 18-135mm IS

Actually I ended up getting the 24-105L and a Tokina 12-24 II. Price ended up just about $150 more than the 17-55 by itself, so I think I ended up with a better overall package.

Not only that but the 24 105 is full frame compatible. Good choice.

Thanks. I don't plan on going full frame for quite a quite a while, but at least I know all the money I put in now won't go to waste. The Tokina is fine, since it wasn't too expensive. I can probably sell it for a decent amount when I do go full frame.
