It sounds like the price is right for a basic AFMA system. FoCal has many more features, but it costs more as well.

I've got it, did quite a bit research between focus tune and focal...focus tune just made more sense to me since it was cheaper, and it works very very well. So far I've used it on two 7d's and my 5dm3 with fantastic results.

Gives awesome feedback, graphs and makes dialing in afma perfectly
