corner crop marks

    Apparent crop marks on display screen that I can't get rid of - anyone know what these are?

    I've looked through all the menu options regarding the screen display and can't find why these 4 corner white lines are present. They don't define the actual image outlines and I can't seem to delete them. Any suggestions?
