I'm currently looking for a general zoom that i can use for landscapes and a bit of portrait and general shooting. I'll be getting it on a 5d2 soon, but i will try to mainly shoot landscapes. i have already invested on 77mm filters so please don't advice a 16-35 or a 24-70II(Which is out of my budget). i have been shooting with a 7D for my landscapes with a 10-22, and was wondering if which of the lenses i stated will have an advantage on landscapes? also please rule out 17-40 cause i only have 1 EF lens atm, 70-200II. Thanks! ;D ;D ;D

Yet only the 16-35 or 17-40 lenses will give reach that will be similar to what you had with 10-22 on crop. Just using the crop factor, the equivalent focal length of 10-22 is exactly 16-35. You're going to lack the wide angle either way (24-70 or 24-105).

So out of those two, then, I'd recommend you get the 24-105 because you stated you have no other EF lenses for that (general) range. The 24-105 is flexible, it will allow all sorts of general shooting with IS (always handy), from semi-wide shots to medium tight portraits. The 24-70 may be optically slightly superior (and more light sensitive), but it doesn't have quite enough reach for anything much tighter than a half-body portrait, and has no IS. As you have no general lens yet, the 24-105 would be my recommendation. And then start saving for the 16-35 if you feel that you need what the 10-22 could do for you on crop.
