5D Mk II price drops in Europe?

Hello CR forum ,
I'm from Germany and i want to buy a 5D Mk II in the next month to upgrade from my 450D. I heard alot of price drops in the US but can we expect price drops in Europe as well? If so, i could spent my money on some glass instead of the body only. The 28mm 1.8 or 85mm 1.8 would be a nice addition to the 50mm 1.4 for video work.

Adorama in the states has a 1 day (today only) price of 2199 us dollars.

I'm also curious for that.. Cheapest price though price-comparison-site idealo is 1699 euro (2245 usd)now in germany. According to tweakers.net (dutch) best price in NL is 1742 euro (2305 usd)...

Curious what'll happen to the prices over here... a little bit more down towards
the 2000 - 2200 usd / 1513 - 1660 euro range and I'm tempted to get a new one ^^

I talked to some online-shops on the phone today, all of them didn't know of price drops for the 5D2 in Germany. I guess we have to take the Body for 1750€ then, which is still a pretty good price I think.
