7D Mark II focus point

Hey gang,
I was shooting a event with my 70D and my 7D Mark II. in reviewing picutres with my 70D it will display the focus point during review. But when I look at at my 7D Mark II. I dont see the focus point in the image review.
Even though I have the AF point display on. I have had teh camera a wile and now having 100k shots on it. I never questioned the display in the past. I'm I doing something wrong? I am shooting Rodeo with JPG and RAW AI servo. High speed shutter. Apture mode.

Are you using back-button AF? If the camera is not actively focusing when the shot is taken, the focus point isn't recorded in the EXIF.

Thank you! That was the issue! WOO HOO Canon Rumors group comes through again!
I turned off distortion and I'm good to go now
