Has anyone purchased one of these to see if the dropped connection problems are fixed from the version 2?

I got the Ver.3 fresh out of the box for my EL-1 flash. Before I got the ET-E2. Of course totally useless for a linked flash and wasn’t even possible to trigger more than 2 shots before doing nothing.
Frankly I only got one flash and not more to try out chain flashes.
But how were your problems significant?

Mine would only shoot 2-3 flashes, then drop connection. Are you saying that the version 3 has fixed this issue?

frankly didn’t have the time yet to check it at all. But I saw that the flash shows the symbol that it’s not possible to find any server. Maybe it works if I reset all settings in my EL-1. If it doesn’t work, I spend 300€ for nothing.
