Considering package, EOS 60D and Canon EF-S 15-85 and 70-200 f/4L IS USM Lenses

I'm in the market for a DSLR and two lenses, willing to spend about $2500. I'm thinking EOS 60D and canon ef-s 15-85 and 70-200 f/4L IS USM. Any thoughts? I'm mainly shooting family photos/outdoor activities/youth sports and travel shots. Any other variations to this package I should consider?

and go 60D with 17-55 f2.8 IS and the 70-200 f2.8 non IS

you will get more benefit from the f2.8 non IS for action sport than the f4 IS since you wil be chasing high shutter speeds even with the IS version it is recomended to turn IS off for this type of shooting anyway.
I've bought from these guys off ebay before they are good, others i have used are digital rev, hk buy n sell, dzone2, ozdigital online. most of the hong kong sellers are pretty good to be honest. i've sent lenses back even had digitla rev intercept an order that had been shipped and have it returned to them because i had ordered the wrong lens nikon 50mm D version instead of the G then got them to send me the correct one. No charge even though it was my stuff up

Are the youth sports indoor or outdoor?

Those are both wonderful lenses, but neither are very fast. If indoor, even f/2.8 zooms will not be fast enough if your kids schools are as poorly lit as mine. Have you considered a flash? The 430EX II should fit your needs quite nicely. A couple primes would also be highly recommended. The 85/1.8 is great for portraits, and for indoor sports. The 28/1.8 (or the Sigma 30/1.4 if you're feeling adventurous) makes for great group portraits, and general inside family pictures when you don't want to keep blowing people away with the flash.
