Does high price of 5DIII make D7II more likely

I am thinking that the high price of the 5DIII makes a refreshing of the D7 more likely. As it stands there is a $2000 gap between the D7 and next step up, a $2500 jump from the 60D. I would think Canon would still want to court the prosumers who might not need all the bells and whistles on the 5DIII (and wants a pop up flash), but is willing to spend lots of money on lenses.
