Im not sure if I can't search properly or if its not asked somewhere. I have a 100-400 mk2 and want to run the firmware upgrade on it but all I have is the R mount camera bodies now. Can I still upgrade it? It shows on the pdf for updating that you are supposed to be using the proper body to the same lens.
