Guide for 1Dx

Hi

I am borrowing a 1Dx for a shoot next week. For to test and to use exclusively. I have never even held one though I have 1D M4 and 5DM3. Does anyone have advice on settings or can point me to a good reference site on how to the most from this camera.

I was advised by a very competent photographer to use AF mode 1 for One-Shot (such as landscape, portrait) with 61 point automatic point selection (page 70 in the manual) but the Single point spot AF manually selected.

For AI-SERVO, try the AF point expansion mode (page 69 in the manual), Mode 5 AF for AI-SERVO shots of static subjects, and AF Mode 6 for BIF.
