Have any 5Ds / r or A7rii users noticed sensor blooming in direct sunlight?

I'm finding that if shooting a scene where there is strong sunlight (like the sun through leaves on a tree) there appears to be sensor blooming, (some well defined straightness exiting the brightest point).

Seeing the same on the A7rii, could it be due to the size of the pixels?

That's not sensor blooming, as blooming only occurs in CCD sensors, not CMOS. Probably just a bit of flare or internal reflection.

I don't know if these are productive questions, but:
Is it happening with all lenses? Also, do you use any screw-in filters with your lenses?

Correction on sensor blooming. Sensor blooming occurs when light wells are overloaded and spill into adjacent sites and it can happen to both CCD and CMOS sensors they just dont look exactly the same. We had a movie where light was being pumped directly down the lens and they considered changing to two other cameras one with a rolling shutter (Like the affected camera)and another with global shutter. We tested all three and could induce blooming but the global shutter camera dealt with it better as for why I dont know.
