Need advice buying a follow focus for my 60D

Where should I buy from?
eBay? Amazon?
What should my budget be?

I've ordered small unit - similar to the jar opener - from eBay from a seller in China

But others, I've seen, range from £50 - £150
I'm confused about some of these - do I need a rail system in place first?

Hey man. Most people here are into stills and don't know too much about video so you should ask on other sites as well as this one.

It isn't metal like the way more expensive ones but is well built and will serve you well. I currently use a jar opener like you have hahaha.
