Possible 1DX2 silent shutter sound?

A number of us are waiting to hear what the silent shutter mode sounds like and I may have found it. Hopefully anyone that can speak Russian might be able to confirm what the presenter is saying.

Found this video and at 2:28 you hear the full 14fps and at 4:25 to 4:53 you hear (what I believe) may be the silent shutter mode and then again in live view.

I may well be wrong about what is being said but thought I'd post this in a new thread rather than let it "drown" in in one of the existing ones.

The shutter is so loud in all cases I think what we're listening to is the effect of the microphone being much closer to the camera than the guy and the sound being clipped... it's similar to effect from my wifes phone where it's painful for the person on the other end of the phone if there's a child within half a mile of my wife during a call. High frequencies and correction levels all working against you.

I agree it sounds hideous.

What he is saying at 2:28 is that you can take up to 170 shots using CFast card, which takes about 12 seconds of uninterrupted shooting. He says that he has hard time thinking about why you would need such buffer and the card would become full quickly. Then he says that Canon claims you can record up to 72 RAW files on CF card. On the CF card he uses (160Mb/s Extreme Pro), he can get about 100 RAW images. He says the number of RAW files can also depend on the ISO (3:50).
Silent mode (4:07). He says the silent mode cannot provide completely silent operation due to the presence of the mirror. Anyway, the camera is not very loud (4:27-4:30). In live view the camera is even less loud (4:38-4:48), and he says focusing in live view is excellent. Overall, 1dxii is less loud than 1dx.

Perio - thanks for the translation.

rfdesigner - I agree that it's hard to judge unless there are strict parameters i.e. mic placed at same distance/angle etc.

Still, you'd have hoped for something a bit more akin to the 5DSr since they use similar (identical?) mirror mechanisims - cams instead of springs etc.

Click - I still wonder why they can't impliment something more akin to the 5D3 silent shutter. Surely it isn't beyond their abilities? I'm considering getting the 1DX2 but would miss the 5D3 silent mode. Solution: have both! :)
