In some of the C300 promotional literature, there was reference to remotely focusing an EF lens using a wireless remote. I asked Canon USA how this was done but never got a satisfactory answer. Anyway, look on page 69 of the following:

Sounds like, deep down, Canon agrees with Craig over at LensRentals.com about still photography lenses making crappy cinematography lenses.
