Hello guys
Im thinking of getting the Tokina 35mm F/2.8 for video shooting...its cheap and i have read excellent reviews of the lens from photographers...i wonder if anyone owns one or have shoot anything with this lens. Im a little bit worried of the chromatic aberrtion at 2.8f , i read is a bit of a problem. Thanx

Agreed its twice as fast but the Samyang is still 2x price if pachacutek is looking for cost as the priority..

I think street prices are closer, I was able to pick up a Rokinon for a bit over $400 and it looks like the Tokina is going for about $300. Of course if pachacutek is only wanting to shoot day or good light and wants the more compact size (plus save about $100 or so), Tokina may be the right choice. Plus it has autofocus though reportedly not great if there is an interest for that.
