Does it have to be a refurb? Big Norman have some good deals on new equipment. They are based in Gibralter but guaranteed no import duty and you get a three year warranty, the first year of which goes through UK dealers. Otherwise I'd say keep your eye on WEX bargain basement as they sometimes have refurbs or good secondhand dealers like the London Camera Exchange. Park Cameras often have good deals in used equipment too.

You won't find a refurb any cheaper than the £835 price of a new 7D at simplyelectronics, hdewcameras or bignorman.
To answer your earlier question, if I were you I'd get a 7D at this price while you can. I'm certainly thinking of getting one. If you're willing to pay at least double that price, by all means wait for its successor.
