We're told that the next cinema camera will be the “Cinema EOS C400”. This camera will not be a replacement for the C300 Mark II or the C500, it will be an additional camera to the lineup.
Specifications and announcement date are unknown at the present, but we hope to hear more soon.
Speaking of the Cinema EOS C500, we have not heard anything about a replacement for this camera, I'm wondering if they're holding the name for a cinema camera above 4.5K.
