pfffff!
Only 14mpx in these cams? I was expecting atleast 18mpx. Canon is going to lose the megapixel race if they release cams with such low mpx…
Megapixel war is irrelevant these days, like the race to Ghz between AMD and Intel. What are you going to print with these small consumer cams? A Billboard? Get a Hasselblad.
Hej, this is super-boring, what’s left of the powershot name ? That SX210 is one more insult to that name. Come on canon, call “that” an IXUS.
The touch screen in the 3500 is interesting. The controls on most point and shoots are too small and difficult for my big fingers.
I won’t buy one because my wife has a G11, but if the touch screen works out, it may spread to other cameras.
Is it just me or do the colors just suck? I mean, gold and purple for the sx210? Does that appeal to either gender? Baby blue, powder pink…black and silver seem like the only decent colors, though they’re rather boring…otherwise nothing but pastels. Yuck.
I think the orange is alright, though would prefer it in a slightly darker shade. Otherwise, yeah, the palette isn’t doing much for me.
LOL!
I hate “IXUS”
Why the heck did Canon leave out the physical controls in the SD3500?! The SD980 arrangement was good!
Not that I buy ELPHs. I need manual controls.
