I have talked to a few retailers and they have all said the new 14mm VCM has done extremely well for preorders, which is notable when considering the price and the niche it fits into.
The RF 7-14m f/2.8-3.5L STM Fisheye is not on the list, and that isn't too surprising. Fisheye lenses are extremely niche. If it's your niche, you should be good to go.
