I think so - at least, there wasn't a body anywhere nearby!

Love your take on this... LMAO  :)

Price = DOA

£120 is over $200, for a bit of plastic to stick on your flash that can be done better with a piece of 69c foam paper.

Sorry forgot to post the budget, ideally somewhere around US $150. This looks really promising: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/577361-REG/Lowepro_LP35271_PEU_Flipside_400AW_Backpack_Black.html

Thanks.

Canon General / Bag question
« on: February 14, 2013, 11:04:31 PM »
I am looking for suggestions to carry some of my gear. Specifically:

Canon 7D, 60D, 70-200 f/2.8 L II, 24-70 f/2.8 LII, 85 f/1.2, Speedlite 600, Extra batteries, cables etc.

I was thinking about: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/169546-REG/Tamrac_560301_5603_Camera_Bag_Black_.html

I am not sure if that bag can hold the two bodies & the rest of the gear. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I've actually been thinking of getting myself a book on Lightroom also. Is there any in particular you would recommend? I use LR4.

Not sure about books but B & H and Adorama have some excellent video tutorials on lightroom.

Seems like they have not updated their prices. B & H and other places are back to their normal prices.

basically having a wide aperture available is like a condom
its better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it :P

Best thing I've read all day!  ;D

i know RAW is the way to go but i have so much new stuff to learn with digital, that i will start with JPG.

Not sure about the 650d but the 5D will let you shoot both RAW and JPG. That might come in handy later if you get into editing.
