How can I turn a large panorama into an HD video?

I've got some really large panoramas that I would like to do turn into a video. A simple pan across the entire image would be sufficient.

Imovie, ken burns effect.

Aftereffects is ideal for ramping control, but premiere, even elements will have good enough keyframing, add very slight motion blur and keep the speed low.

If its only a few ask nice and i'll try and help you out.

Would you be able to provide or guide me to step-by-step instructions for the Adobe products?
