Excellent photo.
I would PP the waterbird to go and swim somewhere else. Disturbing the peaceful nature of the view

Thank you. You know I was thinking if I should take it off or not, but I don't know I keep changing my mind. I like it cause it helps brake off the symmetry but on the other hand I think that symmetry is the whole point of the shot so i don't know  ??? i wonder what other people think?

While i sort of like him also, ultimately i think i would lose him and the image would be even stronger.

I'm very curious to see some detail under the pier. Any possibility you could try new HDR option of 5D3?  Not necessarily a better choice, just a different one?

ISO 50, F/16, 0.5 Sec. With a 5D Mark III and a 24mm F1.4L II.

I took some shots that same day to try out the function. I am not a big fan of HDR but I will post the photo when I get home tonight

Hey! sorry I think I accidentally deleted the file, Ill make sure to give the HDR feature a try next time I go shooting and  i'll post it here so you can see it
