On Adorama, you have to go to the body page, then click the 'Buy together and save' link for the bundle with the double rebate. Sorry, was probably thinking of Google Checkout.
I did do the buy together link...with the 5D mark III kit with the 24mm-105mm....linked it to the 85mm 1.8 prime...and it only gave me $30 off the 85mm, rather than the doubled to $60.
