This seems to be a general German rebate promotion, though nothing is shown on canon.de or canon.de/offers/ yet.

There are current discounts in the US as well, e.g. $50 off the RF 15-30, $100 off the RF 100-400. Savings of $30-100 on most of the non-L RF lenses, it seems.

Could it be that the sales aren't that well or not according to the plans of Canon?
Or is this just another step to persuade people to enter/expand into the R/RF system?
